多功能耐磨擦试验机适用于电视遥控器按键丝印、塑胶、手机外壳、耳机外壳司丝印、电池丝印、键盘印字、电线丝印、皮革等各类电子产品表面之喷油、丝印等印刷体作耐磨，评定其耐磨程度。可进行酒精或其他液体介质及棉布磨擦试验、橡皮擦磨擦试验、铅笔硬度磨擦试验三种典型耐磨测试。本机是将磨擦锤在一定试验荷重、试验次数、试验行程下对产品进行来回往复测试。
The multifunctional wear resistance tester is designed to evaluate the abrasion resistance of printed materials on various electronic surfaces, including TV remote control buttons, plastic components, mobile phone and headphone casings, batteries, keyboards, wires, and leather. It performs three standard tests: alcohol/liquid medium abrasion, cotton cloth abrasion, and pencil hardness abrasion. The device applies a friction hammer to the product under specified load, test cycles, and stroke parameters, conducting repeated back-and-forth tests to measure wear resistance.
