电动摩擦色牢度测试仪

用途use： 

主要由控制系统和摩擦系统组成，用试样夹将试样固定在底座粘贴有砂纸的一端，将包裹着白色棉布的摩擦头放置在试样上摩擦规定次数后，观察试样并用灰卡对比评定白棉布上的粘色程度，对织物试样的染色或表面涂层的稳定性作出评判，为材料的评估和选择提供参考数据。本仪器适用于纱线、色织、印染等纺织品以及玩具产品上或其内部的所有织物。

The system consists of a control unit and a friction mechanism. The sample is secured to the base's sandpaper-coated end using a sample clamp. A white cotton cloth-wrapped friction head is applied to the sample for a specified number of cycles. The sample is then observed and its color retention on the cotton cloth is evaluated using a gray card. This process assesses the stability of textile samples' dyeing or surface coatings, providing reference data for material evaluation and selection. The instrument is applicable to all woven fabrics on or within yarns, colored textiles, printed fabrics, and toy products.
