 RCA纸带耐磨试验机适用于各种表面涂装(电镀、烤漆、丝印等）试品之耐磨擦试验试验，卷动未涂油之纸或胶带与试样磨擦后于一定之加转数下判别其磨耗之效果。纸带耐磨试验机依据标准：ASTM F2357-04        

用RCA专用的纸带，以固定的重量（55g、175g、275g）的施于产品表面。以固定直径的滚轮及定速马达，配以特定的计数器。以产品所能承受的耐磨次数，来确定产品的耐磨性能。广泛用于手机表面涂装的性能测试。

The RCA paper tape wear tester is designed for evaluating wear resistance of various surface-coated products (e.g., electroplated, baked, or screen-printed). It measures the abrasion effect by rolling uncoated paper or tape against a sample at specified rotational speeds. Operating under ASTM F2357-04 standards, the machine applies RCA-certified paper tapes with fixed weights (55g,175g,275g) to product surfaces. Equipped with a fixed-diameter roller, speed-regulated motor, and precision counter, it determines wear resistance based on the maximum cycles the product can endure. This device is widely used to test the performance of surface coatings on mobile phone components.
