DIN磨耗试验机
用途use：
本机适用弹性材料、橡胶、轮胎、输送带、传送带、鞋底软质合成皮、皮革等材质之磨耗测试，设备采用标准化辊筒摩擦系统，砂纸包贴在滚筒表面，试样紧压在带有砂纸的滚筒上，并沿滚筒横向移动。在规定的接触压力下和给定的面积上，试样与砂纸成一定角度，通过设定转速、负荷及摩擦行程，模拟实际使用中的磨损环境。试验结束后，通过测量试样的质量损失，计算体积磨耗量。
This equipment is designed for wear testing of elastic materials, rubber, tires, conveyor belts, shoe soles, soft synthetic leather, and leather. It employs a standardized roller friction system with sandpaper wrapped around the drum surface. The sample is tightly pressed onto the sandpaper-coated drum and moves laterally along it. Under specified contact pressure and area, the sample forms a fixed angle with the sandpaper. By setting rotational speed, load, and friction stroke, the system simulates real-world wear conditions. Upon completion, the volume wear is calculated by measuring the sample's mass loss.
