电脑插拔力试验机适用于各种连接器之插入力及拔出力测试，搭配专利设计之自动求心装置，将可得到完全准确之插拔力试验，利用WINooWs视窗中文画面设定，操作简单方便，且所有资料皆可储存(试验条件、位移、曲线图、寿命曲线图、检查报表等)，解决各种连接器测试的夹具问题及测试时公母连接器能自动对准，不会有吃单边的问题。选配动态阻抗测试系统，可在测试插拔力同时测试动态阻抗并绘制(荷重行程-阻抗曲线图)
Product Overview: The computerized connector insertion and removal force tester is designed for comprehensive testing of insertion and removal forces across various connectors. Featuring a patented automatic centering mechanism, it ensures precise measurement results. The user-friendly Windows interface allows intuitive operation, with all test data—including conditions, displacement, curves, lifespan profiles, and inspection reports—being fully stored. This system resolves fixture alignment challenges in connector testing while automatically aligning male and female connectors to prevent unilateral jamming. Optional integration with a dynamic impedance measurement system enables simultaneous testing of insertion forces and dynamic impedance analysis, generating load-displacement impedance curves.

1、Product Features: All test parameters for the telephone plug-out force tester are computer-controlled and can be saved. Users can configure settings via drop-down menus or input data directly, including test category, measurement direction, load range, stroke range, stroke origin position, stroke origin detection, measurement speed, total measurement count, pause time, waiting position per cycle, and air compression cycles.
