用途：

按照 GB 4851（压敏胶粘带持粘性试验方法）、贴膏剂黏附力测定方法标准设计制造，适用于压 敏胶粘带、不干胶、贴膏剂、热溶胶等产品进行持粘性测试试验。

Purpose: 

Designed and manufactured in accordance with GB 4851 (Test Method for Adhesion of Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive Tape) and the standard for determining the adhesion force of ointments, this product is suitable for conducting adhesion tests on pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, self-adhesive tapes, ointments, hot melt adhesives, and similar products.

测试原理：

把贴有胶粘试样的试验板垂直吊挂在试验架上，下端悬挂规定重量的砝码，用一定时间后试样粘脱的位移量，或试样完全脱离的时间来表征胶粘试样抵抗拉脱的能力。

Test principle:

 The test plate with the adhesive sample is suspended vertically on the test frame, and the weight of the weight is hung at the lower end. The displacement of the adhesive sample or the time of the complete separation of the sample is used to characterize the resistance of the adhesive sample to the pull-off.

操作方法：

1.除去胶粘带试卷最外层的 3～5 圈胶粘带后，以约 300 mm／min 的速率解

开试样卷（对片状试样也以同样速率揭去其隔离层），每隔 200mm 左右，在

胶粘带中部裁取宽 25 mm，长约 100 mm 的试样。除非另有规定，每组试样

的数量不少于三个；

2.用擦拭材料沾清洗剂擦洗试验板和加载板，然后用干净的纱布将其仔细擦

干，如此反复清洗三次。以上，直至板的工作面经目视检查达到清洁为止。

清洗以后，不得用手或其他物体接触板的工作面；

3.在温度 23℃±2℃，相对湿度 65％±5％的条件下，按图 2 规定的尺寸，

将试样平行于板的纵向粘贴在紧挨着的试验板和加载板的中部。用压辊以约 300 mm/min 的速度在试样上滚压。注意滚压时，只能用产生于压辊质量的力，施加于试样上。滚压的次数可根据具体产品情况加以规定，如无规定，则往复滚压三次；

4.试样在板上粘贴后，应在温度 23℃±2℃，相对湿度 65％±5%的条件下放置 20 min。然后将试验 板垂直固定在仪器的试验架上，轻轻用销子连接加载板和砝码。

5.水平放置仪器，依次将电源开关、加热开关、风扇开关打开，按下计时器上的凸起部位，将时间清 零。仪器自动按照预先设定的温度自动开机，直到试验箱内温度恒定到设定值；

6.到达规定时间后，卸去重物。用带分度的放大镜测出试样下滑的位移量，精确至 0.1mm；或者记录试样从试验板上脱落的时间。时间数大于等于 1h 的，以 min 为单位，小于 1h 的以 s 为单位。

Procedure: 

1. Remove the outermost 3-5 tape layers from the test specimen. Unwind the specimen at approximately 300 mm/min (the same speed applies to sheet specimens for their isolation layer). Take 25 mm wide and 100 mm long samples every 200mm from the tape center. Unless otherwise specified, each sample group must contain at least three specimens.

2. Clean the test plate and loading plate using a cleaning agent with wiping material, then thoroughly dry them with clean gauze. Repeat this cleaning process three times until the working surface appears visually clean. After cleaning, avoid touching the working surface with hands or other objects.

3. Under conditions of 23°C ±2°C temperature and 65% ±5% relative humidity, adhere the specimen parallel to the plate's longitudinal axis at the center of adjacent test and loading plates, following the dimensions specified in Figure 2. Roll the specimen with a pressure roller at approximately 300 mm/min. Note: Apply only the roller's own weight during rolling. The number of rolls may vary depending on product specifications; if not specified, perform three reciprocating rolls.

4. After adhesion, leave the specimen on the plate for 20 minutes under the same temperature and humidity conditions. Secure the test plate vertically on the instrument's test stand, then gently connect the loading plate and weights using pins.

 5. Position the instrument horizontally and sequentially activate the power switch, heating switch, and fan switch. Press the timer's protrusion to reset the time. The instrument will automatically start at the preset temperature until the chamber reaches the target temperature.

 6. When the specified time is reached, remove the load. Measure the sample's downward displacement using a graduated magnifying glass with 0.1mm precision, or record the time it takes for the sample to detach from the test plate. For durations ≥1 hour, report in minutes; for durations <1 hour, report in seconds.
