用途

该产品按照GB 4851（压敏胶带粘附力测试方法）和石膏粘附测定法的标准设计和制造。 它适用于对压敏胶带、自粘贴纸、石膏和热熔胶等产品的保持力测试。

Application

The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standards of GB 4851 (Test Method for Adhesion of Pressure-Sensitive Tape) and Gypsum Adhesion Method. It is suitable for testing the retention of products such as pressure-sensitive tapes, self-adhesive stickers, plaster and hot melt adhesives.

使用方法

1.裁 1 英时宽的长条状胶带贴于规定的不锈钢板上;

2. 用 2kg 的标准碾压滚轮以每分钟约 300mm 的速度来回辗压三次，使胶带均匀粘贴在钢

板上;

将钢板挂于试验机挂钩上，将各定时器清零在加上规定的砝码;

当胶带自钢板掉落后，定时器自动保留试验时间;

5.记录下测试时间用来评定胶带粘着的持久性。

注意:挂砝码时必须确认定时器是否清零

Application Instructions:

1. Apply a 1-inch-wide strip of adhesive tape to the designated stainless steel plate.

2. Use a 2kg standard roller to press the tape back and forth three times at approximately 300mm/min, ensuring even adhesion.

3. Hang the steel plate on the testing machine's hook, reset all timers, and load the specified weights.

4. When the tape detaches from the steel plate, the timer automatically retains the test duration. 5. Record the test time to evaluate the tape's adhesion durability. Note: Verify that all timers are reset before loading weights.
