一、电池针刺试验机 Battery Needle Penetration Test Machine
本机适用于各类电池针刺测试模拟在处理家庭废物时,电池遭受外界导体刺人电池,破坏电池内部结构的情形。能满足GB/T2900.11-1988GB18287-2013等测试方法之需求。
原理:试验应在20℃±5℃的环境温度下进行,将电池平放夹持于夹具上用直径中2~Ф8MM的无蚀的锈钢针以10MM/S~40MM/S的速度刺穿电池最大表面的中心位置。
This device is designed for various battery puncture test simulations, specifically to simulate scenarios where batteries are punctured by external conductors during household waste disposal, resulting in internal structural damage. It complies with the requirements of testing methods such as GB/T2900.11-1988 and GB18287-2013.
Principle: The test should be carried out at an ambient temperature of 20℃±5℃. The battery is placed flat and clamped on the fixture, then pierced through the center of its maximum surface with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel needle (diameter 2~Φ8mm) at a speed of 10mm/s~40mm/s.
