箱包行走颠簸试验机
皮箱行走路况试验机用于附有轮子的旅行箱、旅行包、轮子、轮轴的行进间试验，可测试轮材料的耐磨性及箱子的整体结构有无破坏情形及变形，其测试方法在箱包中加载适量的负荷，利用传送带式行走试验机的传送带行进时砂布、测试颠簸板与试样走轮相互间的摩擦和撞击，对试样产生冲击振荡和磨损，模拟箱包行走时的使用状况作连续行走测试，其试验的结果可供作改进的参考。符合标准:QB/T2920-2007箱包行走试验方法 B法
The suitcase walking condition tester is designed for evaluating wheeled luggage, travel bags, wheels, and wheel axles during movement. It assesses the wear resistance of wheel materials and detects structural damage or deformation. The testing method involves applying controlled loads to the luggage. Using a conveyor belt system, the sandpaper and test bump plate interact with the sample wheels through friction and impact, generating shock oscillations and wear to simulate real-world usage conditions.
