  The hot wire tester is a specialized instrument designed to evaluate material flammability. It simulates the ignition capability of internal heating elements on surrounding combustible materials in electronic and electrical products under fault or overload conditions. This equipment is widely used in various industries: testing the flammability of components like switches and sockets in electronics; assessing the fire resistance of materials such as plastic pipes and cable sheaths in the plastics and building materials sector; evaluating the fire safety of automotive interior components in the automotive industry; and assessing the flammability of materials in toys and daily-use products in the toy and consumer goods industry.

1.适配多样化试样:试样夹具支持多角度、多位置调节,可固定不同形状(片状、块状、管状)和尺寸的材料,满足电子电器零部件、塑料建材、汽车内饰件、玩具等多类产品的测试需求;下方配备引燃铺垫物放置区,可同步检测试样燃烧滴落物的引燃风险。

2.温控精准且范围广:采用镍铬合金材质的灼热丝,加热温度可调,测温精度达到 ±10℃,能严格匹配不同标准对测试温度的要求;同时温度控制系统响应速度快,可快速稳定在设定温度,保证测试条件的一致性。

3.压力与时间可控性强:灼热丝对试样的压力精准控制为 1±0.2N,限压深度固定为 7mm,模拟真实故障条件下灼热元件与材料的接触状态;灼热时间可在 0.1–999.9s 内自由设定,到达设定时间后灼热丝会自动脱离试样,避免过度加热。

Versatile sample compatibility: The sample fixture supports multi-angle and multi-position adjustment, capable of securing materials of various shapes (flaky, blocky, tubular) and sizes, meeting testing requirements for diverse products including electronic and electrical components, plastic building materials, automotive interior parts, and toys. A dedicated ignition pad placement area is provided below, enabling simultaneous detection of ignition risks from combustion droplets.

2. Precise and wide-range temperature control: The heating wire made of nickel-chromium alloy allows adjustable heating temperature, with a measurement accuracy of ±10°C, enabling strict compliance with temperature requirements specified by various standards. Additionally, the temperature control system features rapid response, ensuring stable stabilization at the set temperature to maintain consistent testing conditions.

3. High controllability of pressure and time: The pressure exerted by the heating wire on the sample is precisely controlled at 1±0.2N, with a fixed pressure-limiting depth of 7mm, simulating the contact state between the heating element and the material under real fault conditions; the heating time can be freely set within 0.1–999.9s, and the heating wire will automatically disengage from the sample upon reaching the preset time to avoid overheating.
