漏电起痕试验机（也称为耐电痕化试验机）是用于评估绝缘材料、电气设备外壳、塑料零部件等在电场和潮湿污染环境下耐漏电起痕性能的专业检测设备，广泛应用于电气、电子、家电、新能源等领域的产品安全认证与质量检测。
其核心测试目的是模拟材料在带电使用过程中，表面因受潮、沾染污染物（如灰尘、盐分）而产生的漏电放电现象，检测材料表面是否会形成导电通道（即 “电痕”），从而引发短路、漏电甚至火灾等安全隐患。
The leakage trace test machine (also known as the electrical trace resistance test machine) is a specialized testing device used to evaluate the performance of insulation materials, electrical equipment casings, and plastic components in terms of resistance to leakage traces under electric field and humid pollution environments. It is widely applied in product safety certification and quality inspection across various fields such as electrical, electronics, home appliances, and new energy industries.
The core objective of this test is to simulate the leakage discharge phenomenon that occurs on the surface of materials during electrified use, caused by moisture and contamination (e.g., dust, salt). It aims to detect whether conductive channels (i.e., "electrical traces") form on the material surface, which could potentially lead to short circuits, leakage, or even fire hazards.

采用矩形铂电极，两极对试样的作用力为1.0N+0.05N。施加电压在100~600V(48~60HZ)之间可调，短路电流在1.00.1A时，电压下降应不超过10%，当试验回路中，短路漏电电流等于或大于0.5A时，时间维持2秒钟，继电器动作，切断电流，指示试件不合格。滴液装置时间常数可调，准确控制滴液量大小44~50滴/CM3和滴液时间间隔30+5秒。
The rectangular platinum electrode is used, with a combined force of 1.0N+0.05N applied to the sample. The voltage can be adjusted between 100~600V (48~60Hz). When the short-circuit current is 1.00.1A, the voltage drop should not exceed 10%. If the short-circuit leakage current in the test circuit reaches or exceeds 0.5A, the system will maintain this state for 2 seconds, triggering the relay to cut off the current and indicating the specimen as non-compliant. The dripping device features an adjustable time constant, enabling precise control of the dripping volume (44~50 drops/CM3) and the dripping interval (30+5 seconds).
