Product Overview: The intelligent edge compression tester, also known as a computer-controlled compression tester, paperboard compression tester, electronic compression tester, edge tester, or ring tester, is a fundamental instrument for evaluating the compressive strength of paperboard and paper (i.e., paper packaging inspection equipment). Equipped with various fixtures, it can measure the ring compression strength of base paper, the flat compression strength of paperboard, edge compression strength, and adhesive strength, enabling paper manufacturers to control production costs and enhance product quality. All performance parameters and technical specifications comply with relevant national standards.

配备相应辅具可进行以下试验：

1.配备环压试验中心盘和环压专用取样器，进行纸板环压强度试验（RCT）；

2.配备边压（粘合）试样取样器和辅助导块，进行瓦楞纸板边压强度试验（ECT）；

3.配备剥离强度试验架，进行瓦楞纸板粘合（剥离）强度试验（PAT）；

4.配备平压试样取样器，进行瓦楞纸板平压强度试验（FCT）；

5.原纸实验室起楞后压缩强度（CCT）和平压强度（CMT）。

The following tests can be performed with appropriate auxiliary equipment:

1.       Ring compression strength test (RCT) using a ring compression test center disc and dedicated sampling device;

2.       Edge compression strength test (ECT) with an edge compression (adhesive) sample sampler and auxiliary guide blocks;

3.       Adhesive (peel) strength test (PAT) using a peel strength test frame;

4.       Flat compression strength test (FCT) with a flat compression sample sampler;

5. Compressive strength (CCT) and flat compression strength (CMT) of base paper after delamination in the laboratory.
