用途Use:盐水喷雾试验机,乃针对各种材质表面处理,包含涂料、电镀、有机及无机皮膜,阳极处理,防锈油等防腐处理后测试其耐腐蚀性,从而确立产品的质量。
The salt spray test chamber is designed for testing the corrosion resistance of various material surface treatments, including coatings, electroplating, organic and inorganic films, anodizing, rust-preventive oils, and other anti-corrosion treatments, thereby verifying product quality.
特点Feature
1.采用新智能型盐雾试验机采用印刷电路板解决了老款盐雾试验机继电器电路容易出现线路故障的问题。
2.温度传感器采用原装日本进口数字式传感芯片,耐用十年不会产生漂移,老款采用PT-100和K型,随着使用年限的延长传感器多数会不准,如果没有采用校准的话,会对试验产生很大危害。
3.新款盐雾试验机一体集成了可程式,连续/间隔喷雾,手动/自动模式。在此多种模式的集合下基本上可满足现在针对盐雾试验机的所有标准,让客户不用为盐雾试验机的选型而烦恼。
1. The new intelligent salt spray test chamber incorporates a printed circuit board (PCB), addressing the common line failure issue associated with the relay-based circuitry of legacy models.
2. Equipped with an original Japanese-imported digital temperature sensor chip, this unit delivers 10 years of stable operation without signal drift. By contrast, legacy models utilizing PT-100 or K-type sensors typically experience accuracy degradation over extended service life; uncalibrated units of this type pose significant risks to test validity.
3.The new test chamber continuous/intermittent spraying functions, and manual/automatic operation modes. This multi-mode design enables compliance with nearly all current industry standards for salt spray testing, eliminating customer concerns related to model selection.
