用途（use）

快速温变试验箱是模拟各类温湿度环境的环境试验设备，核心用于检测产品在不同温湿条件下的性能、可靠性及耐久性。其广泛应用于电子电器、汽车零部件、包装材料、纺织品、塑胶、金属等行业，可按照GB/T、ISO、ASTM等标准开展恒定湿热、交变湿热、高低温循环等测试，验证产品耐温耐湿、老化、变形、失效等特性，为产品研发、质量检测、合规认证提供数据支撑。

特点（feature）

1. 可编程控制系统：全中英文可切换液晶7寸显示LCD触摸式面板，画面对谈式输入资料, 温湿度同时可程控，曲线显示，设定值/显示值曲线。支持U盘直接导出温湿度记录数据，可分别显示多种警报，故障发生时可通过荧幕显示故障，消除故障，消除误操作。多组PID控制机能，精密监控功能，且以资料形式显示于荧幕上。

2. 环境模拟全面：可实现恒定湿热、交变湿热、高低温循环等多种试验模式，覆盖-70℃~150℃温度范围、20%~98%RH湿度范围，适配不同行业测试场景。

3. 运行稳定可靠：平衡调温控制系统(BTHC)，以P.I.D.方式控制SSR，使系统之加热加湿量等于湿热损耗量，故能长期稳定的使用。

4. 适配性强：可定制不同工作室容积（从几十升到数立方米），适配电子元器件、纺织品、包装材料等不同尺寸样品的测试需求。

1. Programmable Control System: Equipped with a 7-inch LCD touchscreen panel supporting full Chinese-English switching, featuring graphical interface for data input. Enables simultaneous programmable temperature/humidity control with curve display and set-value/display-value curves. Supports direct USB export of temperature/humidity records, displays multiple alarm types separately, and shows fault details on screen during malfunctions to eliminate errors and prevent misoperations. Features multiple PID control units for precise monitoring, with data displayed in visual format on the screen.

2. Comprehensive Environmental Simulation：It can realize multiple test modes including constant damp heat, alternating damp heat, and high-low temperature cycle, covering a temperature range of -70℃~150℃ and a humidity range of 10%~98%RH, adapting to test scenarios in different industries.

3. Stable and Reliable Operation：The balanced temperature control system (BTHC) controls the SSR in a P.I.D. way to make the heating and humidification amount of the system equal to the wet heat loss amount, so it can be used stably for a long time.
