四、制冷系统 IIII. refrigeration system

(一)制冷系统及压缩机配置 I. Refrigeration System and Compressor Configuration

制冷压缩机:原装进口法国 泰康全封闭制冷机组

冷却方式:风冷

制冷剂:环保型制冷剂 R404A(不含 CFC,不被 Montreal 公约或伦敦修正案禁止)

主要制冷附件:日本 鹭宫电磁阀、美国 爱默生干燥过滤器、国内外知名品牌风冷式冷凝器及鳍片多段式蒸发器

Refrigeration Compressor: Fully imported from France's Taikang brand, featuring a hermetically sealed system with air-cooled operation. Refrigerant: Eco-friendly R404A (free from CFCs, compliant with Montreal Protocol and London Amendment). Key components: Japanese Egumi electromagnetic valves, American Emerson dry filters, and internationally renowned air-cooled condensers with finned multi-stage evaporators.

五、整体结构介绍 IIIII. Introduction to the overall structure

箱体外壳采用精致烤漆工艺,试验室内壁为 SUS304 高级防腐蚀镜面不锈钢板,结构设计合理,制造工艺精良,内外表面美观;保温层厚度 100mm(顶部为光源盒,开启式设计,方便灯管维护与维修)。

内箱与外箱之间填充优质超细玻璃纤维保温棉,兼具良好的保温与保冷效果。

门与门框采用进口密封材料及独特硅胶密封结构,密封性能优异,有效保障箱内温湿度稳定性。

试验箱门结构为单开门,门锁、铰链等五金配件均为 “KUNLONG” 原装配件,耐用性强。

箱内风道采用双循环系统,由长轴轴流风机、不锈钢多翼式离心风轮及循环风道组成,上出风、下进风设计,确保箱内温度均匀,提升空气流量、加热及冷却能力,大幅改善温湿度均匀性。

黑板温度测量采用双金属黑板温度计,测量精准。

加湿方式采用外置隔离式全不锈钢浅表面蒸发式加湿器,加湿均匀且不易滋生细菌。

加热系统为全独立系统,配置镍铬合金电加热式加热器,加热效率高、稳定性强。

供水系统:加湿供水采用水泵自动控制,操作便捷,供水稳定。

温湿度循环系统:采用特耐高温型低噪音长轴风扇电机及耐高低温不锈钢多翼式叶轮,实现高强度对流垂直扩散循环,保障箱内环境一致性。

工作室顶部安装 4 个喷头,满足降雨模拟试验需求。

辐照度控制:通过辐射仪自动控制调节功率,获取所需辐照度(相较于手动计量方法更精准,可避免因灯管试验周期光衰导致的辐照度偏差)。

操作面板可直接显示当前灯管辐照度和累计辐射强度,数据直观,便于监控。

The box shell is made of exquisite baked paint, and the inner wall is made of SUS304 high-grade anti-corrosion mirror stainless steel plate. The structure is reasonable, the manufacturing process is excellent, and the inner and outer surfaces are beautiful. The insulation layer is 100mm thick (the top is the light source box, which is open design, convenient for maintenance and repair of the lamp tube).

The inner and outer boxes are filled with premium ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, delivering both excellent thermal insulation and cold retention performance.

The door and door frame are equipped with imported sealing materials and a unique silicone seal structure, delivering excellent sealing performance to maintain stable temperature and humidity inside the box.

The test chamber features a single-door design, with all hardware components including the door lock and hinges being pre-installed KUNLONG parts, ensuring exceptional durability.

The chamber's air duct employs a dual-circulation system, featuring a long-shaft axial fan, stainless steel multi-blade centrifugal impeller, and recirculation duct. Its top-outlet and bottom-inlet design ensures uniform temperature distribution, enhances airflow, heating and cooling efficiency, and significantly improves temperature and humidity uniformity.

The blackboard temperature is measured by a bimetallic thermometer, which ensures high accuracy.

The humidification system employs an external isolation-type stainless steel shallow-surface evaporative humidifier, ensuring uniform moisture distribution and effectively preventing bacterial growth.

The heating system is an independent system, which is equipped with a nickel-chromium alloy electric heater, and has high heating efficiency and strong stability.

Water supply system: The humidification water supply is controlled by the pump automatically, which is convenient to operate and stable to supply water.

The temperature and humidity control system employs a high-temperature resistant, low-noise long-shaft fan motor with a stainless steel multi-blade impeller that withstands extreme temperatures. This configuration enables efficient vertical convection and diffusion, ensuring consistent environmental conditions within the chamber.

Four nozzles are installed at the top of the studio to meet the requirements of rainfall simulation experiments.

Irradiance control: The system automatically adjusts the power through a radiation meter to achieve the required irradiance level. This method is more precise than manual measurement and prevents irradiance deviations caused by light decay during lamp testing cycles.

The operation panel can directly display the current lamp irradiance and cumulative radiation intensity, which is intuitive and convenient for monitoring.

六、适用范围 IIIIII. scope of application

广泛应用于橡胶、塑料、涂料、颜料、纺织品、汽车配件、化妆品、彩色涂层钢板及钢带等制品及材料的太阳辐射模拟试验,通过模拟自然环境中的光照、温度、湿度、降雨等条件,评定制品的耐候性、老化程度及使用寿命。

It is widely used in the simulation test of solar radiation for rubber, plastic, paint, pigment, textile, auto parts, cosmetics, color coated steel plate and steel strip, etc. The weather resistance, aging degree and service life of products are evaluated by simulating the conditions of light, temperature, humidity and rainfall in the natural environment.
