一、产品概述 1. Product Overview

紫外线老化是材料在自然环境中常见的劣化现象,主要由光、热、氧、应力、微量水分、杂质及不当加工工艺等因素共同作用导致,具体表现为材料颜色发黄(黄变)、性能下降等。本恒温 340 灯管式紫外线耐老化试验机通过模拟自然环境中的紫外线照射、温度等关键老化因素,精准再现材料的老化过程,为材料的耐候性评估、产品研发及质量控制提供科学可靠的试验依据。

Ultraviolet (UV) aging is a prevalent degradation phenomenon in natural environments, primarily caused by combined effects of light, heat, oxygen, stress, trace moisture, impurities, and improper processing techniques. This manifests as material yellowing (yellowing) and performance deterioration. The 340°C constant-temperature UV aging tester simulates critical aging factors like UV exposure and temperature, accurately replicating material aging processes. It provides scientifically reliable test data for weather resistance evaluation, product development, and quality control.

(一)材料老化核心影响因素 (1) Core factors affecting material aging

聚合物结构本身性能:聚合物大分子链键存在特定键能,当外界提供的能量大于键能时,分子链易产生活性中心,导致聚合物在使用和贮存过程中逐步降解老化。

光的作用:材料吸收光能后,吸收部位的分子链会发生碳碳键或碳氢键的裂解,引发材料结构破坏。

热与氧的作用:氧会使材料发生氧化反应,热则会加速该过程;氧化形成的过氧化结构易产生游离基,导致浅、白色材料变色。其中,氧对不饱和二烯烃材料的破坏最为显著,热除活化氧化外,还会造成 - C-C - 键断裂和双键破裂。

其他因素:材料中添加的助剂、残留水分、混入的杂质以及加工生产工艺等,都会降低聚合物稳定性,其影响机制较为复杂,需结合具体场景分析。

The polymer structure itself performance: Polymer macromolecule chain bond has specific bond energy, when the external energy is greater than the bond energy, the molecular chain is easy to produce active center, leading to the polymer in the use and storage process of gradual degradation and aging.

The function of light: after the material absorbs the light energy, the molecular chain of the absorption part will cause the carbon-carbon bond or carbon-hydrogen bond to break, which leads to the destruction of the material structure.

The interaction between heat and oxygen: Oxygen induces oxidation in materials, while heat accelerates this process. The resulting peroxide structures readily generate free radicals, causing discoloration in light-colored materials. Notably, oxygen exerts the most severe damage on unsaturated diene materials. In addition to activating oxidation, heat also leads to the cleavage of-C-C-bonds and double bond ruptures.

Other factors: additives in materials, residual moisture, impurities mixed in, and processing technologies all reduce polymer stability. The impact mechanisms are complex and require scenario-specific analysis.
