用途：

零跌落试验机主要用于考核包装件在实际运输、装卸过程中受到跌落冲击的影响程度，评定包装在搬运过程 中耐冲击强度和包装设计的合理性。 零跌落试验机主要用于较大型包装跌落试验。机器由一个可以快速向下移动 的“E”型叉作为试件托架，测试产品按照试验要求（面、棱、角测试）放置平衡。试验时托臂高速向下运动，测试产品随“E”型叉跌落至底版胶，在高效减振器的作用下，嵌平于底板。从理论上，零跌落试验机可从零高度范围作跌落试验，跌落高度通过液晶控制器设定，并按设定高度自动执行跌落实验。

Application：

The zero-drop test machine is primarily designed to evaluate the impact resistance of packaging during actual transportation and handling processes, assessing both the shock resistance of packaging materials and the rationality of packaging design. It is mainly used for testing larger packaging items. The machine features an "E" -shaped fork that can move downward rapidly as a specimen holder, with the product placed in balance according to test specifications (surface, edge, and corner tests). During the test, the fork arm descends at high speed, causing the product to fall onto the base plate. The product is then smoothly embedded into the base plate through high-efficiency shock absorbers. Theoretically, the zero-drop test machine can perform drop tests from zero height, with the drop height set via an LCD controller and the test automatically executed at the preset height.
