一、满足GB/IEC/EN/UN38.3/UL/0C/T743-2006《电动汽车用锂离子蓄电池》“863计划"节能与新能源汽力重大项目----2008年度EV用锂离子动力蓄电池性能测试规范等标准规范;按标准要求短路装置必须符合内阻范围≤100M，从而获得试验要求的最大短路电流。
1. Complies with GB/IEC/EN/UN38.3/UL/0C/T743-2006 "Lithium-ion Batteries for Electric Vehicles" and the "863 Program" Energy-saving and New Energy Vehicle Power Major Project-2008 Performance Testing Specifications for EV Lithium-ion Power Batteries. The short-circuit device must meet the internal resistance requirement of ≤100Ω to achieve the maximum short-circuit current specified in the test.
