电池重物冲击试验机主要适用于模拟各类电池在遭受重物冲击时的变形情况和可能发生的爆炸情形。试验样品(电池)要放在压盘平面上，将一根直径为15.8MM(5/8英寸)的一字形钢棒横放在样品的中心位置。用一个9.1KG或10KG+0.46KG(20+1磅)的砝码从610+25MM或1000+25MM(按不同标准可调节)的高处跌落到样品上。
The battery heavy impact tester is primarily designed to simulate deformation and potential explosion scenarios of various batteries under heavy impact. The test sample (battery) must be placed on the flat surface of the pressure plate, with a straight steel rod measuring 15.8mm (5/8 inch) in diameter horizontally positioned at the center. A weight of 9.1kg or 10kg + 0.46kg (20+1 lb) is dropped from a height of 610+25mm or 1000+25mm (adjustable according to different standards) onto the sample.

操作步骤 operating steps
1，首先确认使用电源电压为220V，接通电源，打开电源开关，风机随机启动
1.First, ensure the power supply voltage is 220V. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch. The fan will start automatically.
2、在打开箱门前，依据“位移表设置说明”，设置所需冲击高度，再按“上升键，落球砝码自动上升至所设定之测试高度后，自动停止上升。
2.Before opening the box door, set the required impact height according to the 'Displacement Table Settings Instructions', then press the 'up' button. The falling ball weight will automatically rise to the preset test height and stop rising automatically.
3、打开箱门前，将落锤放下(请严格按此步骤操作，以防止安全事故的发生作用)，将被测试样置于压盘约中心位置，再将横杆置于试样中心位置处夹紧电池，，关好箱门，上升到设定测试高度。
3.Before opening the chamber door, lower the drop hammer (strictly follow this procedure to prevent safety hazards), position the test sample at approximately the center of the pressure plate, then place the crossbar at the sample's center to clamp the battery. Close the chamber door and raise to the preset test height.
4、按下“冲击”键，落球砝码自由落下，完成一次测试。
